An initial audit of search engine optimization on all pages + Optimization of metatags and titles on all pages + Addition of links to outside sources and internal anchoring where possible and Addition of Alt Text on photos.
Monthly maintenance includes adding one 1700 - 2100 word, professionally written, search-engine-optimized blog or landing page (with three modules maximum) + one pop-up or announcement banner per month and up to 5 copy edits/deletions per month on any prior content. Assumes use of client’s existing website.
One initial 30-minute planning and strategizing meeting + one monthly 15 minute phone call + unlimited emails.

Monthly Maintenance includes the set-up of one 500-word professionally written email + and provides one monthly analytics report/update. Assumes use of the client’s existing email marketing system (such as Moxi, Mailchimp, Constant Contact Prospect Square, Market Leader, etc.)
Contact Database Management: Addition of one bulk contact upload per month. Contacts provided by the client in Excel format or individual contacts sent together via one email. Assumes use of the client’s existing contact management system.
